We had a pleasant experience with the hotel staff who were extremely cooperative and understanding. The hotel's central location near transportation and parking facilities made it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel stood out as a significant factor that made our stay comfortable.
The hotel's location on a top floor with no lift access from the back entrance made it difficult for us to access our room.

First of all, the staff is very welcoming and attentive. the room decoration is very romantic and cozy. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, which allows easy access to several tourist spots. this, the breakfast offered by the hotel is delicious and provides a good start to the day.
There were some negative aspects that need improvement. the cleanliness of the room could be better.

I recently stayed over the weekend at a hotel in Delhi and had a fantastic time. The hotel's infrastructure is up-to-date and well-maintained, making it a comfortable stay for me and my friend. The location is superb, just a few blocks away from the buzzing heart of the city and some key tourist attractions. the staff was extremely hospitable and informative, making our stay an overall pleasurable experience.
There were a few negative aspects of this hotel that left me somewhat disappointed. our room lacked proper ventilation, which made it feel stuffy at times.

The manager and owner were very supportive. Tea was delicious. The location in the center of CP was convenient. Front-facing rooms offered a great city view.
